Old City Barbeque is an innovative restaurant concept with a focus on high quality, locally or sustainably sourced ingredients. The best meats available will be cooked in the traditional way of making barbeque: over hardwood coals. Old City Barbeque will stand out by serving pasture raised, certified humane barbeque. Along with the smoke and technique of cooking the pig, the caliber of the animals will show through in the flavor of the final product.
Guests will enjoy barbeque favorites like prime brisket, pasture raised chicken, Heritage Farms ribs & pork belly, while classic bbq sides such as pit beans, mac & cheese and coleslaw will each have a unique twist. Everything on the menu will be made from scratch. Other menu items will include sandwiches and tacos featuring the premium smoked meats. Old City Barbeque celebrates the whole animal and will highlight this idea in dishes such as crispy fried pig's ears and pork rinds.
Guests can enjoy a handcrafted cocktail, local beer or wine, while on the outdoor patio or go around back to check out Old City's bbq pit. Inside, hangout with friends and family in the newly renovated space, where guests can socialize, eat and drink in this industrial farm like setting.
