Hailey's Sweet Temptations

My name is Hailey Harris. I have had a passion for baking for as long as I can remember. I have been making cakes since I was about 13. I am mostly self-taught when it comes to cakes. I attended Johnson and Wales University for Baking and Pastry Arts. My life revolves around cakes (and I wouldn't have it any other way). If I'm not creating a cake, I'm researching or designing one. I get so excited when I'm researching because there are so many amazing designs and techniques, I want to try them all! I take so much pride in the things that I create. This is why I consider myself a Cake Artist. Anyone can bake or ice a cake, but it takes an artist to take someone's ideas and create an amazing, original, and edible design.
