The first 100 will receive a swag bag, AW bridal magazine, free Symbolize It custom print gift card valued at $200, and a free set of wedding bands by JVL Jewelry or ZB Jewelers to select any 2 rings of your choice.
The Spring season brings out blooming flowers, sunnier days, no more dry air, and pastel color schemes as one of the most romantic times of the year. With 39,000 square feet of flexible space and spacious 20-foot ceilings, their Grand Ward Ballroom, adjacent Chesapeake Room and surrounding promenade spaces, offer several options for configuring the event flow and setup you need for pre-function, check-ins, VIP rooms, or receptions. There are over 300 free open parking spaces on site in the front and left side of the building, with overflow parking on Sara Drive. Bring pre-printed address labels to participating exhibitors on their entry forms to win exciting prizes!
After the onstage presentations at 3:30pm during the fashion show, the following grand prizes will be announced:
Dream Vacation Getaway (2 adults+2 guests): This certificate entitles 2 adults and up to 2 additional guests to 7-nights of resort accommodations at one of over 300 resorts across the world including: Canada, USA, Mexico, Caribbean; Europe/Atlantic Islands; Central & South America.
